Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?Both. Open it in Excel 2016 or later / Microsoft 365, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets
Do I need to be good at Excel?No. Fill in the white cells only; dark cells are formulas, and a 5-step guide is inside the file
Can I change the business name and address on the forms?Yes. Edit them once in Settings and every form updates
How do I clear the sample data?Delete only the white cells on the data tabs; formulas and forms stay in place
How much data can it hold?Up to 1,000 bookings and 200 rooms, tested with full tables and no formula errors
Can I print or save the forms as PDF?Yes. Forms are set up for A4; pick the document number and print or save as PDF
What happens if I type the wrong kind of value?Number and date cells are validated and show a message, and formulas are guarded against error values
How does the double-booking alert work?When the same room has overlapping nights, the booking row shows "double booked!", the room board turns red and the dashboard counts it
Does it calculate room charges, service charge and VAT?Yes. The rate comes from the room list times the nights, then service charge and VAT are added as switched on in Settings
Can I print the guest register (Ror.Ror.3)?Yes. Pick a booking ID and the guest name, nationality, ID number and dates fill an A4 form
Can I record minibar and laundry charges?Yes, on the Extra charges tab. Pick the booking and the item and it goes straight into that folio
